Property Acquisition Criteria

We seek opportunities to add value through acquisition strategy, asset management and development expertise. The properties we invest in typically fall into one of three separate categories:

  • Properties with stabilized income
  • Properties with value-add and repositioning needs
  • Properties with major rehabilitation and new development opportunity

Product Type:

Retail, Office, Industrial, Hotel and Multi-Family.

Geographic Focus:

Primary: Major Markets in Western United States.
Secondary: Major “Global Gateway” markets throughout the United States.

Investment Size:

Minimum of $5mm and up.

Locations:

We seek properties in “A” and “B” quality locations, for the specific product type in question.

Market Types:

Primarily focused on fully developed areas (in-fill markets) evidenced by one or more of the following:

  • Significant population (day & night)
  • A variety of quality amenities
  • Near major transportation corridors
  • Near public transportation (current & planned)
  • Markets with high barriers to entry
  • Coastal communities
