Our development vision was to capitalize on the lack of neighborhood services in this trade area by developing one of two remaining land parcels located at one of the area's busiest intersections and a prime neighborhood shopping destination.

TR Realty Partners secured entitlements for 50,000 SF of neighborhood shops and pads, in a high-quality eclectic design created by award winning architects Perkowitz & Ruth, which seamlessly integrated with an existing neighboring Walgreens development.

The project was designed so that it could be completed in phases with the first phase including 32,000 SF of retail space occupied by tenants such as McDonald's, Kindercare Learning Center, Curves for Women and additional seasoned retail operators.

The Shops at Bear Valley represents the highest quality shopping center in the entire trade area.

TR Realty Partners acquired the property and completed the development in conjunction with its joint venture partner Invest West Financial.
