Advised Thales Avionics Inc, an in-flight entertainment company, with regard to all aspects of strategic planning related to their office and manufacturing space needs for their Southern California headquarters.

Advisory services included an evaluation of in-place redevelopment, self-development, sale lease-back and relocation scenarios, taking into consideration "all-in" cost, risk and potential return implications of each real estate scenario.

Upon completing the evaluation process we secured a long-term lease agreement for 101,000 SF in an existing headquarters location which included significant financial contributions by the owner for a major retrofit of the office and accompanying manufacturing facility.

This project was led by a principal of TR Realty Partners while at a previous firm.
