Advised Automobile Club of America (AAA) in the evaluation of real estate scenarios and implementation of a plan to secure a long-term location for their National Customer Service Center, a highly specialized facility which operates 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.

Advisory services included a multi-city comparison of real estate costs, operating expenses, workforce availability, workforce costs, municipal incentives and tax implications.

After completion of an exhaustive evaluation and competitive negotiation process, AAA secured a lease for a Class-A office property in Irving, Texas for approximately 145,000 SF of space with significant expansion rights within the building and project.

This project was led by a principal of TR Realty Partners while at a previous firm.
