Our vision was to create a valuable neighborhood commercial retail location by designing an unique retail oasis at one of LA County's most heavily traveled business and commuter intersections.
Key challenges confronting the development of this property included a hard to design small parcel, requirements for major street widening, and the seller ARCO requiring a quick close of escrow.
TR Reatly Partners worked extensively with the City of Santa Fe Springs to balance the financial feasibility of this small project combined with the importance of meeting infastructure requirements of this major thoroughfare.
Specific actions included securing approvals for a drive-through and designing a very aesthetically pleasing building due to its gateway location.
The finished project was 100% leased upon completion and attracted marquee tenants such as Starbucks Coffee Drive-thru, Subway, and Kinecta Federal Credit Union.
