Kenneth Robertson started his real estate career at the age of 19, while still attending college and holding part-time jobs. Ken’s first deals were in residential real estate, planting the seeds of experience, hard work and tenacity which have become hallmarks of his business success today.

Ken is a talented deal maker and the creative force behind all business dealings of TR Realty Partners. As president of TR Realty Partners, Ken works with a variety of repeat partners and private investors to expand the company’s real estate holdings. His experience in a wide range of real estate project types and business savvy, provide a keen eye for identifying value-creation strategies on all company projects.

Ken’s primary focus is the evaluation of new projects, creation of value-add strategies and leading consulting teams put in place to execute unique business plans. Ken routinely evaluates projects throughout Southern California. Additionally, Ken oversees ongoing asset management of TR Realty Partners’ operating projects.
